I wanted to talk today about feeling good.
We talk all the time about weight loss and I thought I would switch it up a bit.
We all love when the scale goes down or we nail our goal.
But have you ever stepped back and realized how good you feel or don’t feel?
It’s an incredible feeling to have energy and clarity.
What I know happens, because I have felt this myself, is you don’t realize how bad you feel till it’s really bad.
And we lose sight of what it feels like to be full of energy and clarity.
I know for myself it is a natural high every day to wake up after awesome sleep and then tackle the day.
You have so much more clarity.
You are more creative.
You are more understanding.
You are more loving.
So how do you create the feeling?
First, you have to get clear on what you want. If you are tired of being sick and tired cool, let’s draw a line in the sand.
Sleep 7-9 hrs. each night
Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water or match your body weight
Walk 7,500-10,000 Steps per day
Eat well, focus on protein, veggies, and fruits
It truly is this simple.
Don’t overcomplicate it and as always if you need help or if you find yourself always giving in to food or whatever reach out.
