Individual Training Program is designed to give you all the tools you need to reach your fitness goals, with the support of a Fitness Professional. The Individual Training program allows the Fitness Professional to work on more specific fitness goals or limitations. Our goal with the Individual Training program is to progress you into our Team Training program.

Nutritional know-how and supplementation (We help you set a strong nutritional foundation and help you understand how to get the most out of food. You will also learn supplementation and proper recovery techniques that will allow you to get the most out of your body and life.)
Recovery and stress management techniques (Understanding how to recover and manage stress will help you get the most out of our program. We will teach you recovery and stress management techniques that will allow you to move better, have more energy, and decrease the aches of an aging body.)
Lean and mean metabolic muscle (You will work through our optimal metabolic enhancement programming that is quick and efficient for best results. We will help you develop that fat burning engine and give you the energy and body you have always desired.)
Fat optimizing conditioning (You will work through a variety of conditioning programs that work with your energy systems to optimize fat burn and develop your work capacity.)
Muscle Activation and Self-Care (You will learn strategies and techniques that will keep you in the game called life. These techniques will help address tightness and some muscle dysfunction along with recovery).
Accountability systems (You will have a Personal coach that will guide you through the Transformation Success System. They will coach and teach you each component to ensure you are successful with your personal transformation.)
