When you are on a weight loss journey you change.
Sure you change your nutrition, movement, schedule…
It becomes a way of life.
And I wanted to lean into this topic today.
Change doesn’t always come naturally and naturally you feel resistance.
This can happen when changing anything.
Remember getting a new car, is different, they put things in different spots and you may fumble a bit, but you quickly learn to adapt, and then that is your New Normal.
Same with your health.
When you make that critical decision to change and lose weight, you don’t go back when you embrace the new you.
Now you were amazing before the weight loss, but now you are stepping into an even more amazing you.
You change who you are and that’s a good thing.
You show up differently.
You eat differently.
Doesn’t mean you can’t go have fun, go on vacation…eat the things.
Because you come back and get right back into this new lifestyle you have adopted.
The cool thing about owning a training facility and online coaching business is we get to witness this all day every day.
It’s our normal.
But I can appreciate someone out there struggling and wanting to lose weight it can feel intimidating uncharted territory, and that’s where we can help give the proper guidance.
It will feel different at first when things are new, but quickly this is the norm and it feels so good when you see the scale do its thing.
Embrace the good changes and adopt a new way of life.
