Today I want to talk about Peace.
Are you living in peace?
This is a pretty deep conversation and I want you to stay with me.
I find most of us are living in suffering. Case and point this pandemic, disease, etc.
We are unhappy with our body, negative thoughts fly through our head, vicious cycles, anxiety –this up and down thinking of life.
But what if you were living in your truth, who are you really meant to be?
How are you meant to feel?
Suffering will always bring our greatest clarity and peace, and there is always a journey.
I have personally felt a lot of suffering here in these last 3-4 years, it’s been a tremendous journey. And I can tell you I am now feeling peace.
Things are falling in place; the ups and downs are not so…up and down. 😉
Handling challenges are less intimidating and more liberating. Some of you may say this is time or maturity and I would agree to some extent.
I would tell you it was gaining insight into what was already TRUE.
What was already available to me.
When I talk to potential clients, I commonly hear them say, “I feel stuck” or “I keep ridding a rollercoaster with my weight/emotions.”
“I want more from my life/career.”
“I want to feel good when I wake up in the morning.”
I could go on.
The journey to uncovering your truth and ultimately living in peace is a journey worth taking. And it’s a journey best navigated with a coach. Someone walking beside you.

We have been unpacking what do I really want to do when I grow up.
Getting rid of the head trash and negative self-talk.
Creating consistent routines, consistent headspace that is uplifting.
We have been creating peace.
Abundance is all around us.
