Hope you are having a good start to your day. Today I want to honor some genuine feelings you might be having.
One of my biggest missions is to be real with anyone I come in contact with. Things are tough right now and each of us are experiencing so many different feelings.
Motivation has suffered…
Drive is low…
Things are super uncertain.
The one thing that that drives me each day is we are in control of our body and our mind. May not always feel like it, but we are.
We make a choice each day how we feel.
We decide what food to eat.
We decide to exercise.
So, what happens…life, stress, priorities…
One thing that has really helped me through this time is staying positive, staying true to who you are and continue to serve others. We all fight different battles and it is important listen and learn.
I’ve shared this before, but I think it can really help is to speak in the I am…
I am confident…
I am strong…
I am… (you fill in and then repeat these affirmations every morning.)
Speak positivity into your life. Read books that inspire you or listen to motivational podcast.
Then get moving and eat well.
A structured exercise program can help motivate, hold you accountable and keep you safe. At TFW feel we have provided the safest environment possible for our clients.
We keep you socially distanced, disinfect after each person (you do not share equipment) and we are limiting our workouts to 6 or less in our 7,000 sq. ft. facility with fans circulating the air.
It is tough right now, we need to honor that, it is important to process your emotions.
Then take action over your mind and body. Small steps daily will add up.
