I wanted to talk today more about this journey we are all on.
It’s beautiful by the way.
Sure, there will be seasons we don’t love and we struggle, but the best part is you always get back up.
Who doesn’t love the Olympics?
So many amazing stories and I just was in awe with the runner from the Netherlands, Sifan Hassan.
Hassan was tripped up by another runner, fell to the ground, got back up and WON her heat.
We can learn a lot from that race right there.
-> You will get tripped up.
-> You will fall down.
-> You will get back up.
-> You will WIN.
The most important part, you get back up.
Weight loss goals are just like this.
You could be going along great, have tons of momentum, then BAM you “fall” or “fail”.
I want to encourage you to get back up.
You didn’t work this long and hard to let one thing trip you up.
-> Birthday celebrations
-> Fun with friends over the weekend
-> Bad day at work
You continue to fight and the best part is you will win.
